Neil is responsible for business development and managing the day to day business with Lucie. 

 Over the past 30 years, Neil has owned, managed and operated in various companies across TV advertising, film production, digital asset management, long form TV broadcast, encoding and web based services.  He has also provided production consultancy to global brands such as Reckitt Benckiser, L'Oreal, AB InBev and SKY.

Lucie is responsible for the ideation, strategy & curation behind all the Creative projects which she heads up along with Neil

For  13 years lucie worked in TV  broadcasting  for companies such as the BBC, Sky, Virgin, Channel nine & Channel 7 both in the UK and Australia, combined with over 7 years agency experience. 

Key Roles include Creative - BBC Redbee / Sky One / Virgin.  Promo Producer - Channel 7 & Nine, Senior Creative / Producer Ogilvy 360 DI, Head of Global Content - Splash Worldwide. 

Harry Lane - Versioning Producer - Business Card

Harry is a versioning and adaptation production specialist, heading up the team which delivers small to large scale multi channel TV, Cinema, Online, Out door of home campaigns, co-ordinating with brands, creative agencies and media agencies directly to deliver reactive, agile, fast paced campaigns. 

Nike, Adidas, Norwegian Airlines, Wieden and Kennedy and Mediacom are just some of the brands and creative agencies Harry has delivered for both creative adaptation and versioning. 



Megan Montague - Book Keeper and Social Media Co-ordinator

Megan began her career in financial services, where she worked as a senior level PA for 7 years. For the last 3 years, Megan has been working freelance across various industries as a Bookkeeper and Social Media Consultant. 


Peter Samango - Head of Finance

Peter Samengo-Turner is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience working in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

He has worked at a senior level in a variety of industries including technology, advertising and media (where he was finance director of a FTSE listed company) before moving into the financial services.

His recent career has been as a freelance finance director giving business affairs and financial advice to a variety of companies across a range of industries. Peter also sits on the finance committees of BAFTA and Comic Relief
